When Should I Place My Order?

For weddings, you should place your order at least 3 months in advance, since these are usually big orders. Brides typically start planning a year out.

For any other type of event, you can place your order up to two weeks prior to the event date.

​

Keep in mind that the farther ahead you place your order, the better your odds with item availability. 

What Kind Of Items Do I Need For My Wedding?

Here are the basics in order to build your own wedding:

Is there a deposit? Is it refundable?

Please note that we charge a 30% refundable damage deposit on all of our items. This deposit is refundable, and will be refunded back to you no later than one week upon safe return of our items.

Items can be paid for upfront upon checkout on the website. For our wedding packages (please inquire), a $500 deposit is required.

How are items packaged for pickup?

What if it rains on my big day?

Since we reserve items specifically for you and therefor mark them unavailable for others, our cancellation policy sill applies. You have up to 15 days prior to the rental date to cancel in order to receive a 75% return on cost, and may also cancel up to 7 days in which case you would receive 50% return on cost.

Our recommendation is that you have an alternate covered location as a back-up plan in the event that it rains, such as a party tent or an indoor venue where you could move all of your decor.

Pickup Guidelines

Products are carefully packaged in our heavy-duty, water-resistant containers on wheels. They are ready for pickup and transport. We do ask for a certain level of diligence during transport, as some products may be fragile (vases, etc).

Should any items require instructions, these are available on the website product page.

Items are to be picked up at store location on date & time booked through the booking calendar. We are located in the South End in Sudbury - the exact address will be provided when your reservation is confirmed. Items must be returned in original packaging by Sunday 8pm, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon (applicable for our-of-town clients).
